Hydrogen technology from Tyczka Hydrogen
Continuous supply, flexible operation
We offer bulk hydrogen for medium and large requirements: Delivery takes place through trailers supplying your storage tanks. We also install the storage technology on site, for example suitable interfaces or various storage solutions - stationary large bundles (so-called MaxiPacks), tanks or trailer swap stations. On-site production can also be a viable option for covering large, plannable requirements. At the customer's request, we can install and operate an on site production system.
Secured supply:
Together with you and our technology partners, we develop individual refuelling solutions for the customer requirements (based on rental and operator models; only applies to the mobility sector).
For small delivery quantities:
If you need smaller quantities of hydrogen (cylinders or bundles), we will be happy to deliver them to you with our sister company Tyczka Air Gases GmbH

Supply and storage
High-pressure bundles (MaxiPacks)
Stationary high-pressure bundles with a modular capacity of 90 kg each at 180 to 225 bar.
Pressure tank installations
Vertical or horizontal steel tanks with a capacity of up to 420 kg at a maximum pressure of 45 bar.
Trailer exchange stations
Trailer as on- site storage in the exchange concept with a capacity of up to 1,200 kg at 380 bar.
On-site solutions in the operator model
Construction and operation of on-site production systems, adapted to individual customer requirements / local situation.
High-pressure bundles (MaxiPacks)
Our stationary high-pressure bundles with a maximum storage pressure of 200-300 bar are ideal for high pressure requirements, smaller quantities and gradual increases in demand.

Pressure tank installations
Our steel tanks with a maximum pressure of 45 bar are ideal for the long-term supply of medium to large quantities with low pressure requirements.

- Can be installed horizontally and vertically

Trailer exchange stations
Transport trailers for hydrogen are used to fill storage tanks but can also be used as on-site storage tanks in the exchange concept and as a multi-pressure supply system for refuelling stations.

- Based on innovative composite tanks (type IV) with a maximum operating pressure of 380 bar
- Capacity of over 1,200 kg of hydrogen enables efficient transportation even over long distances

For the on-site supply of your site, we offer the design, implementation and operation of production plants with electrolysis from a single source.
