What to do when an emergency occurs
- Keep calm. Observe the situation briefly from a safe distance.
- In the event that people have been injured, please contact the fire brigade immediately (112).
Caution: Attempting to rescue an unconscious person from an area flooded with gas may put the rescuer's life in danger! Please take care to protect yourself! - Does the problem appear to be with the gas supply system and cannot be stopped by simply and safely turning off the valves?
